Kate's First Swing

Today, as Kate turned 1 month old, Daddy put together the fancy swing Grammie picked out for her darling granddaughter. It is the first very pink & prominent baby fixture in our living room. It looks very exciting with the butterfly light show projected onto the white princess netting. There are 16 songs, various recline & swing positions, as well as a host of other options - I'm sure Kate will LOVE it! Aunt Crys was visiting that afternoon. Here are the first 3 minutes...

Kate Sofia

We are overjoyed to announce the blessed arrival of our sweet Kate Sofia. She was born at 11:56 am on August 31, 2008 (just before her 09/03/08 due date). She weighs 6 lbs 10 oz and is 20 1/4 inches long. Mommy & Kate are completely healthy and well. Daddy is completely smitten with his girls.

We love our Sweet Pea.
